Every order undergoes verification, quality inspection, and packaging before shipment.
Processing Time
- Standard Processing: 2–4 Business Days
- High-Volume Periods: Up to 5 Business Days
Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information.
Shipping Fee
We currently offer:
Flat Rate Shipping: $5.99 USD per order
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and remain the same regardless of product quantity.

Delivery times vary depending on destination, carrier availability, and customs processing.

Once your shipment has been dispatched, a tracking number will be sent to the email address used during checkout.

- Additional carrier processing time during peak seasons
Tracking updates are provided directly by the shipping carrier.
4. Customs, Import Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs inspections, import duties, taxes, or other government-imposed charges.

Zephkind™ cannot predict or control these fees and is not responsible for customs-related delays.
5. Order Changes & Cancellation Requests
Because we begin processing orders shortly after purchase, modification requests must be submitted quickly.

- Request an order cancellation

Once an order has entered fulfillment or shipment preparation, changes may no longer be possible.
6. Damaged, Lost, or Delayed Shipments
Damaged Deliveries
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, include:

- Photos of the damaged item
- Photos of the packaging
After verification, we will arrange a replacement or appropriate resolution.
Lost Packages
If tracking confirms that a shipment has been lost during transit, we will work with the carrier to investigate the issue.
When loss is verified, a replacement order may be issued at no additional cost.
Delivery Delays
While most orders arrive within the estimated timeframe, occasional delays can occur due to:
